In addition to being an attorney, Attorney Berger is also an award-winning musician and university educator teaching music business law and entrepreneurship as a professor at UMASS Lowell.  He is an author and lifelong martial arts practitioner. Attorney Berger earned his bachelor's degree in Philosophy from UMASS Amherst and subsequently graduated from New England School of Law in 1986. At UMASS Amherst, Attorney Berger graduated magna cum laude, and at New England School of Law, he graduated summa cum laude, additionally serving as the managing editor of the law review during his time in law school.
